This document defines the principles of the Privacy Policy of the www.euro-ekol.com.pl website (hereinafter: Website). The Administrator of the Website is Euro-Ekol Myjnie Bezdotykowe Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa with its registered office in Łódź at ul. Rokicińska 186D, 92-412 Łódź, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, Commercial Court of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000723726 (NIP No: 7282828327, REGON No: 369718846).

Words used with a capital letter have the meaning given to them in the terms and conditions of the Website. Personal data shall be processed by EURO-EKOL.COM.PL in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: Regulation). Treating with all diligence the personal data entrusted, pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of the Regulation, we inform you that:

DATA CONTROLLER:

The data controller is the company Euro-Ekol Myjnie Bezdotykowe Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa with its registered office in Łódź at ul. Rokicińska 186D, 92-412 Łódź, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, Commercial Court of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000723726 (NIP No.: 7282828327, REGON No.: 369718846), hereinafter referred to as EURO-EKOL Myjnie Bezdotykowe.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING:

EURO-EKOL Myjnie Bezdotykowe, as the controller of personal data, processes personal data under the agreement concluded or based on the consent given with the registration by the Customer on the Website (Art. 6 sec. 1 pt. (a) or (b) of the Regulation) in order to provide services via the Website, for the purpose of:

Contacting the client to act on the purchaser’s request prior to the conclusion of the agreement,

Receiving, confirming, executing and concluding the agreement in question,

Receiving and processing of clients’ complaints,

Maintaining contact with customers to provide commercial, advertising or promotional information concerning the services and products of Euro-Ekol Myjnie Bezdotykowe,

Sending questionnaires and forms, conducting contests, including the selection of winners and the awarding of prizes,

Fulfilment of legal obligations arising from e.g. tax regulations,

To evaluate and analyse the activity and information of the Customer, including through the automated processing of Personal Data (profiling), in order to present general offers or Promotions (discounts, concerning the Administrator’s products or services), intended for all recipients, in a manner adapted to the interests of the respective Customer without influencing their decisions.

Client Data ? first name, last name, telephone number, e-mail address, country, city, address of residence, business/registered office address, NIP No.

Data obtained through users’ online activity with the use of cookies, etc. More information can be found at https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_cookie, including:

a) remembering passwords and logins provided by users,

b) automatic completion of forms,

c) analysis of the time a customer spends on a website,

d) remembering information about the way of using the website,

e) remembering the user’s selected settings and preferences,

f) compilation of statistical data on which sub-site/article is the most popular.

PERSONAL DATA SHARING

The recipient of your personal data will be EURO-EKOL Myjnie Bezdotykowe. Personal data may be obtained by:

a) other entities processing personal data on behalf of the Data Protection Administrator and in accordance with the Administrator’s instructions, such as: entities carrying out the delivery of EURO-EKOL Myjnie Bezdotykowe products; entities cooperating with EURO-EKOL Myjnie Bezdotykowe in the preparation of products and the provision of services; IT service providers based in Poland; entities responsible for the archiving of documentation; entities processing data for the purpose of debt collection; law firms; marketing agencies; accounting offices;

b) other entities processing personal data in a situation when the obligation to provide access to such data results from applicable legal regulations.

PERSONAL DATA STORAGE PERIOD

Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes set out above, except in the case of:

a) administrative activities related to the acceptance and execution of an order ? for the period of processing of an order;

b) implementation of the provisions of the concluded agreement ? for the term of the agreement;

c) financial settlement ? for 5 years from the beginning of the year following the financial year in which the payment related to the executed Agreement took place or in which the payment was settled or barred;

d) possible pursuit of claims ? until the expiry of the limitation period for claims;

e) control of the quality of the services or marketing our own services ? until the withdrawal of consent.

CUSTOMER RIGHTS

The Customer has the right to: a) request access to their data; by exercising this right, the Customer is entitled to request EURO-EKOL Myjnie Bezdotykowe to confirm whether their personal data are processed; to obtain a copy thereof and to obtain information on, among other things: the purposes of processing, categories of personal data, categories of recipients to whom personal data have been or will be disclosed, the planned period of storage of personal data, the source of their acquisition by EURO-EKOL Myjnie Bezdotykowe. b) request the rectification of their data; by exercising this right, the Customer is entitled to request EURO-EKOL Myjnie Bezdotykowe to rectify or complete personal data concerning them which are inaccurate or incomplete. c) request the deletion of their data; by exercising this right, the Customer is entitled to request EURO-EKOL Myjnie Bezdotykowe to delete personal data concerning them in cases indicated in Art. 17 of the Regulation, in particular in the event that the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or an effective objection to the processing of personal data has been lodged. d) request the restriction of the processing of their data; if the Customer has objections to the accuracy of their data; if they believe that their data should not be processed by EURO-EKOL Myjnie Bezdotykowe but at the same time does not want to delete them; if such personal data are no longer necessary for EURO-EKOL Myjnie Bezdotykowe, while the Customer needs them in connection with the assertion of claims; if the Customer has objected to the processing of their data, and it is the obligation of EURO-EKOL Myjnie Bezdotykowe to verify whether it should continue processing them. e) object, on grounds relating to a particular situation, to the processing of personal data on the basis of legitimate interests pursued by EURO-EKOL Myjnie Bezdotykowe, and to object to the processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing by EURO-EKOL Myjnie Bezdotykowe; by exercising this right, the Customer is entitled to object, on grounds relating to a particular situation, to the processing of the Customer’s personal data on the basis of legitimate interests pursued by EURO-EKOL Myjnie Bezdotykowe. However, despite the objection, EURO-EKOL Myjnie Bezdotykowe shall be entitled to continue to process the personal data if it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. f) request the withdrawal of consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent before its withdrawal. g) lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority regarding personal data ? the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Final provisions:

The Website Operator would like to inform you that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.

Provision of personal data by the Service User or the Client is voluntary, however, failure to provide the indicated personal data necessary to conclude and perform the Sales Agreement or the agreement for provision of Electronic Services results in lack of possibility to conclude the said agreement.

The Service Administrator shall apply organisational and technical measures to ensure the security of processing personal data against unauthorised access.

Deletion of personal data (?right to be forgotten?). The customer has the right to request the deletion/rectification of their personal data if there is a legal basis or the personal data is inaccurate.

The personal data will not be processed by automated means.
